Welcome to Readalistic.com. The Readalistic.com service and network (collectively, "the Service" or “the Site”) provides a resource for book clubs to create an online presence.
 
By opening an account on this web site, www.readalistic.com, you (the "Club Administrator") signify that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms of Use" or "Agreement"). The owner of the Site reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time without further notice.

In the interest of sharing views and opinions on this site, parts of it are open for viewing without password protection. Each Club Adminitrator can also enter data in certain areas intended for club use only that are protected by a password set by the Club Administrator.

Data entered for any part of the Site other than areas protected by a “User Password” (where the User Password is identified in the account creation or modification) is public and no guarantees of privacy are made or implied. Data entered in areas protected by a “User Password” is public to the extent that the User Password is shared with other people or deduced.

The security of passwords used for each account are the sole responsibility of the Club Administrator. Data entered in areas protected by a “User Password” is only as secure as the User Password. The data and the User Password are the responsibility of the Club Administrator. In no event shall the owner of readalistic.com be liable for lost, stolen, or discovered passwords nor the consequences of such an action.

If changes to these Terms of Use are made they will be published on this page and will indicate at the beginning of this section the date these terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service or the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms of Use, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) the Service or the Site. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Site to determine if there have been changes to these Terms of Use and to review such changes. As a courtesy, notification may be made to the email address provided by the Club Administrator.

The Site and the Service may be temporarily unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons. The Site and Service is made available on an “As-Is” basis and the owner of readalistic.com disclaims any and all representations and warranties, whether expressed or implied as to the availability of the Site or Service.

The Site and the Service contain links to other companies and services. You acknowledge that readalistic.com is not responsible or liable for any action or inaction of any party to a transaction, for any failure to perform, to pay any amounts due, or to deliver any merchandise or services as promised, or for any other aspect of the transaction.

In no event shall the owner of readalistic.com be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Service.

Terms Specific to Account Holders

The Club Administrator agrees to keep the account information accurate. The Club Administrator is solely responsible for any information entered into this account and subsequently published, or displayed on or through the Service or the Site, or transmitted to share with other users (collectively the "User Content"). Club Administrator may not post, transmit, or share User Content on the Site or Service that you did not create or that you do not have permission to post. You understand and agree that the readalistic.com owner may, but is not obligated to, review the Site and may delete or remove (without notice) any Site Content or User Content in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including User Content that in the sole judgment of the readalistic.com owner violates this Agreement, or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of users or others. You are solely responsible at your sole cost and expense for creating backup copies and replacing any User Content you post or store on the Site or provide to the Company.

When the Club Administrator posts User Content to the Site, the Club Administrator authorizes and directs the owner of www.readalistic.com to make such copies thereof as owner of www.readalistic.com deems necessary in order to facilitate the posting and storage of the User Content on the Site. By posting User Content to any part of the Site other than areas protected by a User Password, the Club Administrator automatically grants, and represents and warrants that the Club Administrator has the right to grant, to the owner of readalistic.com an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part) and distribute such User Content for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise, on or in connection with the Site or the promotion thereof, to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such User Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. By posting User Content to areas protected by a User Password, the Club Administrator automatically grants, and the Club Administrator represents and warrants that the Club Administrator has the right to grant, to the owner of readalistic.com an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, publicly display with password protection, reformat, translate, and distribute such User Content for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise, on the Site.

The Club Administrator may remove User Content for their associated account from the Site at any time. If the Club Administrator choose to remove User Content, the license granted for User Password protected data will automatically expire, however the Club Administrator acknowledges that owner of the Site may retain archived copies of your User Content.

Entering data that violates another party's intellectual property rights is prohibited and subject to removal. Repeat offenders will have their accounts terminated.
